2, avoid over-discharge, over-charging; Overdischarge means that the voltage of a single battery is lower than 1.7V. Electrolyte density below 1.14g/cm3, it is difficult to restore to the best state by charging. Overcharge refers to charging to a single battery voltage higher than 2.6V; The electrolyte density reaches 1.28g/cm3, and remains basically unchanged for 2 to 3 hours to continue charging. The temperature rise of the electrolyte will be too high, resulting in aging of the electrode plate and the separator. Overcharge and overdischarge will shorten the battery service life.

3, when charging, be sure to open the battery pack cover box, keep a good ventilated environment, if the charging electrolyte temperature exceeds 55 ° C, you must stop charging, or reduce the charging current.

4, no fireworks and metal products placed on the battery; The battery will produce explosive hydrogen, if placed metal products, will cause short circuit fault, spark, hydrogen fire will lead to explosion, must be away from the fire source.

5, keep the battery surface clean, battery charging, discharge, there is a small amount of residual liquid on the battery cover, resulting in a micro short circuit, so that the battery service time is shortened and the charging efficiency is reduced. Do not allow wastewater to enter the battery when cleaning the battery surface.

6, the density of the electrolyte, the density of the electrolyte decreases during discharge, rises during charging, the electrolyte will naturally decrease in use, and pure water should be re-filled to maintain the specified liquid level height (do not add dilute sulfuric acid); Dilute sulfuric acid of the same density can be added only when the electrolyte overflows, and debris is strictly prohibited from entering the battery.
